On this program we see seminal exhibitions by three artists who played a major role in the art of the early 80s. We see Frank Stella at the Knoedler Gallery, the first major exhibition by David Salle at the Leo Castelli and Mary Boone Galleries and an exhibition of paintings by Leon Gloub. Included are interviews with Leon Golub and David Salle in their studios where they describe their imagery and working process.
