JOHNNY THUNDERS is a legend. This film was made with the cooperation of the Heartbreakers over a period of more than 40 years. It begins with a terrific performance at Max’s Kansas in 1979. With various performances in between, it climaxes with their final performance at CBGBs in 1983 and a solo performance at Inner-tube’s studio in SOHO. It is an exciting and revealing film that showcases Johnny’s talents as a performer and as a creative artist.
